These Terms of use govern your access to and use of Wanderly.club, including the website, account features, fare tracking, alerts, newsletters, travel discoveries, editorial content, and related services.

By accessing or using Wanderly.club, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What Wanderly.club provides

Wanderly.club provides travel editorial content, saved discoveries, flight fare tracking, route alerts, flexible travel intent tools, newsletter updates, and booking guidance.

We are not an airline, hotel, travel agency, online travel agency, payment processor, visa advisor, insurance provider, or government authority.

We do not sell airline tickets, operate hotels or airlines, process bookings, issue refunds, guarantee reservations, or control prices shown by third-party booking providers.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Wanderly.club. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it updated where the product allows you to do so.

Fare data, alerts, and recommendations

Fare data, price history, route alerts, mistake fare signals, availability, booking links, and travel recommendations may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, cached, estimated, or supplied by third-party providers.

Prices and availability can change quickly. A fare shown on Wanderly.club may no longer be available, may have changed, or may have different baggage, refund, cancellation, seat, tax, currency, or payment terms on the final booking website.

Alerts are informational only. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered, delivered on time, or result in a bookable fare.

You must verify final prices, availability, booking conditions, airline rules, baggage rules, refund terms, passport requirements, visa requirements, health requirements, transit rules, and local laws before booking or travelling.

External links and booking providers

Wanderly.club may link to airline websites, online travel agencies, map services, social platforms, hotel websites, card providers, and other third-party services.

External websites and apps are not controlled by Wanderly.club. Their own terms, policies, fees, refund rules, privacy practices, and customer support processes apply.

Any booking, payment, refund, cancellation, dispute, travel disruption, denial of boarding, schedule change, visa issue, or service issue must be handled with the relevant third-party provider.

Paid features and subscriptions

Wanderly.club may offer free and paid features, including premium alerts, higher usage limits, advanced route tracking, or other paid access.

Prices, feature limits, billing periods, renewal terms, refunds, taxes, and payment methods will be shown at checkout or in the relevant product flow where paid features are offered.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees for digital access, alerts, or subscription features are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

We may change, add, or remove free or paid features over time. If a material change affects an active paid plan, we will handle it according to the terms shown for that plan and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Wanderly.club, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer non-public systems, use automated access without permission, or attempt to access another user account.

You agree not to use Wanderly.club for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, infringement, misleading activity, or activity that harms the product, users, service providers, or third parties.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

User content and feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, support messages, travel preferences, saved content, or other information, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide it.

You grant Wanderly.club a limited right to use submitted information as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

Intellectual property

Wanderly.club, its design, branding, editorial content, product flows, software, code, copy, graphics, and curated materials are owned by Wanderly.club or its licensors, except for third-party content and assets.

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial travel planning unless we separately agree otherwise. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit the service or content without permission.

Service changes and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wanderly.club at any time, including features, data sources, alerts, limits, pricing, and content.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available access.

Disclaimers

Wanderly.club is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.

Travel involves risk. Wanderly.club does not guarantee the safety, quality, legality, suitability, price, or availability of any destination, airline, route, hotel, experience, card, booking provider, or third-party offer.

Editorial opinions, recommendations, rankings, and alerts are informational and may not fit your circumstances. You remain responsible for your own travel and booking decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderly.club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, missed fares, missed alerts, lost bookings, travel disruption, data loss, or reputational harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Wanderly.club for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you did not pay us during that period.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Wanderly.club harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or travel and booking decisions made through third-party providers.

Termination

You may stop using Wanderly.club at any time and may request account deletion where account deletion controls are available.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the product in a way that is unlawful or abusive.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or Wanderly.club.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Wanderly.club after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
